I would like to have my child (age 0-6) baptized

We are overjoyed to welcome your baby into the Catholic Faith! To have your child baptized, please:

• Register in the Parish
• Welcome your child to mass
• Participate in our Parish community
• Complete the required Infant Baptism Registration Form
• Complete the required Godparent Application Form
• Attend a baptism preparation meeting (parents & Godparents)
• Next meeting: Dates and times TBD.
• Prepare to provide:
• A copy of your child's birth certificate
• A copy of the Godparent’s confirmation certificate and marriage certificate (if married)
• Schedule your child's baptism

I would like to have my child over age 7 baptized

For children ages 7 to 15 see the Order of Christian Initiation for Children (OCIC) page.

• OCIC Youth and Families meet regularly and culminate in the reception of Baptism, Confirmation, and Holy Eucharist at the Easter Vigil.

I would like to be baptized as an adult

For adults 15 years and older see the Order of Christian Initiation for Adults (OCIA) page.

• Teens seeking baptism will discern if best prepared in OCIA for Youth and Family or OCIA for Adults. OCIA prepares the participants for three sacraments of initiation - Baptism, Confirmation, and Holy Eucharist.
